Residents of Mackinaw City, Mackinaw Township, and Wawatam Township may dispose of trash Saturday June 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The drop-off site is behind Mackinaw City Public Schools. Each resident is limited to one trailer or pick-up load. Items not accepted include tires, household waste, motor oil, hazardous waste such as paint, thinners, solvents, and chemicals. Concrete materials and yard waste are prohibited.
