Shawn and Angie (nee Leach) Bennin of Stalwart announce the birth of their son, Gunner Charles, born June 7, 2008. He weighed 8 pounds, 14.9 ounces at birth and measured 21.5 inches in length.

He joins two sisters, Darcy, 6, and Lucy, 3, at home.

Grandparents are Tim and Marcia Leach, and Charles and Mary Jane Bennin, all of Pickford. Great-grandparents are June Peffers and the late Ernest Peffers, and Ronell and Wava Leach, all of Pickford, Mildred Storey of Sault Ste. Marie, and the late Mason and Ruth Storey.
