Anne Tolan Anne Tolan Anne Tolan, 61, died at home in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Thursday, July 3, 2008.

She was born in Lansing, and was graduated from Monsignor John A Gabriel High School. She served in the United States Navy Medical Corp.

She then worked as a physician's assistant with Indian Health Services at the Santa Clara Pueblo, and later transferred to the Veterans Administration Regional Hospital in Albuquerque before retiring in 2007.

Ms. Tolan was an avid reader and loved the outdoors, especially fly fishing and sailing.

She is survived by her friend and companion Mary Crenner; five siblings and their families, Mary and Jack Weber, James and Gloria Tolan, William and Lori Tolan, Harold J. Tolan and Alaine, and Catherine and Richard Hollowell; a longtime friend, Paula Tsosie, and many other family members and friends.

A memorial service will take place at Our Lady of the Snows in Hessel in August.
