A seagull made a phase-to-phase contact at the Waste Management Plant on Cheeseman Road, interrupting power in St. Ignace Thursday, July 10. The power was restored in about 45 minutes, said Craig Davidson, St. Ignace division manager for Edison Sault Electric.

Power was lost about 2 p.m. along the North State Street corridor from Lynn Auto Parts to the Mackinac County Airport.
