The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace July 22 and July 23, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.

• Trevor Lukehart, 27, of Opelia, Alabama, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $250 or 25 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Dustin Harmon, 20, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count controlled substance delivery/ manufacture marijuana. He also must spend 10 days in jail for probation violation. (Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement Team)

• Amy Halberg, 35, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count criminal sexual conduct, fourth degree (student). (Michigan State Police)

• Daniel Sheber, 27, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to disorderly person, and was assessed a fine of $250, 90 days in jail, and six months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Thomas Fairchild, 64, of Drummond Island, pleaded guilty to disorderly person and careless driving, and was assessed a fine of $440, 90 days in jail, six months probation, and $700 in restitution.

• Brian Webb, 29, of Germfask, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, and must spend 30 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Craig Johns, 44, of McBain, pleaded guilty to motor vehicle - allowing unlicensed minor to oper- ate, and was assessed a fine of $500 or 50 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Lindsay Andrews, 20, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to disorderly person, and was assessed a fine of $250, 90 days in jail, and six months probation. (Mackinac Island Police)
