Jennifer Foster and Philip Hinkson Philip Hinkson and Jennifer Foster announce their engagement.

Mr. Hinkson, formerly of St. Ignace, is the son of Frederick and Barbara Hinkson of Manistique. He is employed by Standish- Sterling Schools.

Miss Foster is the daughter of Deborah Andress of St. Ignace and the late William Foster Sr. She is employed by Bay Valley Internal Medicine in Standish.

A September 20, 2008, wedding is planned in St. Ignace.
