Ten members, the first, will be inducted into the LaSalle High School Sports Hall of Fame during ceremonies Sunday, December 28, and Monday, December 29, at LaSalle.

Coaches Bud Veceillo and the late Jim MacDonald, Dr. Herbert Hamel, and Saints trainer Tom Hamel, along with former athletes Barb LaTour, Colleen Colegrove, the late Leroy "Jumbo" Soeltner, Barry Pierson, Ed Lester Sr., and Wade Huskey will be in the first class.

Each year, new members will be inducted and the hall of fame committee is seeking individuals and team nominations. Volunteers are also welcome who would like to serve on the selection committee.
