      Pickford fell to Rapid River 29-8 in a Mid-Eastern Football League contest Thursday, August 28. The host Rockets held a 21-0- halftime lead and added their fifth touchdown in the third quarter before the Panthers scored late in the fourth quarter on a Josh Kibble 14-yard run and a Mickael Cantin two-point conversion.
