• Michael Fournier, 36, of Sault Ste. Marie, pleaded guilty to trespassing, and was assessed a fine of $250, 30 days in jail, 24 months probation, and $5,000 in restitution. (Michigan State Police)
• James Graham, 44, of Rudyard, pleaded guilty to disorderly person, and was assessed a fine of $250. (Mackinac Island Police)
• Brenda Arneson, 54, of Bay City, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated (second offense), and was assessed a fine of $500, 150 days in jail, and nine months probation. (Michigan State Police)
• Dewaine King, 67, of Cedarville, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (Mackinac County Sheriff)
• John Matchinski, 57, of Engadine, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (Michigan State Police)
• David Danielson, 55, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to possessing a firearm while intoxicated, and was assessed a fine of $95 and 10 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)
• Joseph Kovach, 31, of Muncie, Indiana, waived prelimi- nary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count controlled substance - possession (narcotic/cocaine) less than 26 grams, and one count disorderly person. (Mackinac Island Police)
• Sara Torsky, 24, of Cedarville, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $2,100, 365 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police)
