• Paul Barager, 25, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $500. (Michigan State Police)
• Mitchell Byrne, 20, of Greenville, pleaded guilty to minor in possession (third offense), and was assessed a fine of $550. (Mackinac Island Police)
• Donald Baggett, 47, of Gould City, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (Michigan State Police)
• Karl Stuber, 51, of Waterford, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on two counts controlled substance delivery/manufacture marijuana, and one count maintaining a drug house. (Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement Team)
• Darryl Boykins, 41, of Mackinac Island, pleaded guilty to assault and battery, and was assessed a fine of $250. (Mackinac Island Police)
• Justin McLean, 26, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count safe breaking; one count breaking and entering a building with intent; one count arson - real property; habitual offender, fourth offense. (St. Ignace City Police)
