The hearing between business owner Ron Dufina and the City of Mackinac Island over the use of a sign, to be held in 92nd District Court in St. Ignace, has been rescheduled for 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 18.

The hearing was originally scheduled for September 24.

Mr. Dufina was cited for unlawful display of a non-conforming sign in September after he parked a delivery cycle, with signs promoting his restaurant on the corner of Hoban and Main streets.
