Elliot Rutledge Andrew and Kelly (nee Kamps) Rutledge of Rising Sun, Maryland, announce the birth of their son, Elliot Orion, born Wednesday, October 15, 2008, in Wilmington, Delaware. He weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces at birth and measured 21 inches in length.

He joins a sister, Zoe Elisabeth, 2-1/2, at home.

Grandparents are Bill and Susie Rutledge of Hessel, and Daniel and Mary Jane Kamps of Elkton, Maryland. Great-grandparents are Vern and Elda Nye of Hessel, Margaret Wolfer of Cleveland, Ohio, and Delores Hale of New Orleans, Louisiana.
