Upper Peninsula residents are eligible to participate in the second "Yoopers Have Talent" Show scheduled for January 10, 2009, at 7 p.m. at the Rudyard Middle School.

The Rudyard Area Education Fund, which is administered through the Chippewa County Community Foundation, will sponsor the event with all proceeds going to scholarships for high school seniors.
