Mackinac Island's annual Christmas Bazaar and Christmas tree lighting ceremony will be part of a television special on the cable television HGTV show called "Top 10 Christmas Towns" this December.

The episode featuring Mackinac Island is expected to air at 8 p.m. December 7, and will be repeated on December 8 at midnight, December 19 at 9 p.m., December 20 at 1 a.m., December 24 at noon, December 25 at 9 p.m., and December 26 at 1 a.m.

A film crew from HGTV took footage of the Island's annual Mackinac Island Medical Center fundraiser last year.
