• Maria Turcott, 45, of Engadine, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated - occupant younger than 16, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 365 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Jennalee Pearce, 24, of Cheboygan, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count motor vehicle - unlawful driving away; habitual offender - second notice. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Sheila Scholfield, 44, of Engadine, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count controlled substance - delivery/manufacture (narcotic/cocaine) less than 50 grams, one count controlled substance - delivery/manufacture (schedule 4), and controlled substance - maintain drug house.
