Saints Football Playoff Team Receives Awards

The St. Ignace Saints' varsity football team and cheerleaders were honored during the annual awards ceremonies Sunday, November 23, at LaSalle High School. Football award winners include (front, from left) Andy Tamlyn - Chipper Huskey Memorial Award for Dedication, Tyler Oja - Selden Kalbfleisch Memorial Most Improved Player, Gerrit Mortensen - Art Huskey Memorial Most Valuable Player, Rob Robinson - Art Huskey Memorial Most Valuable Player, James Halberg - Coach's Award; (back) Grant Simmons - Coach's Award, Austin St. Louis - Coach's Award, James Campbell - Coach's Award, Gunnar Zipp - Coach's Award.
