The St. Ignace Saints beat the East Jordan Red Devils on the academic quiz show "Quiz Central." The match ended with the Saints winning the Blue Division First Round Game over the Red Devils by a final score of 270 to 50. The show aired Wednesday, November 30, on CMU Public Television.

The St. Ignace Saints include Lewis Steiner, Michael Wilk, Angela Cena, and Kaiden Shiemke.

The East Jordan Red Devils are Michael Cardwell, Andrew Boyer, Alex Hagen, Sara Robinson, Jerry Hosler, Tommy Brown, Joe Hidakatsu, and Charlie McKenney.

The program includes 36 teams from central and northern Michigan. Teams compete in four divisions, based on school size. Division champions will be awarded four, $2,500, one-year scholarships to Central Michigan University.

"Quiz Central" airs every Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. on CMU Public Television.
