Clark Township Board of Trustees Special Meeting December 8, 2008 3:45 p.m. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance: 3:45 p.m. Trustees Present: Hill, Miller, Lofdahl, Carpenter, Wellnitz

Lofdahl moved to amend the agenda to discuss the grinder pumps and lift pump stations. Carpenter supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

Lofdahl moved to approve the agenda as amended. Carpenter supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

Lofdahl moved to go into Closed Session. Carpenter supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Miller, Carpenter, Hill, Lofdahl, Wellnitz. Motion Carried.

Closed Session Lofdahl moved to go back into Open Session at 4:45 p.m.Wellnitz supported Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Miller, Hill, Carpenter, Lofdahl, Wellnitz. Motion Carried.

Lofdahl moved that the Township offer the Metzgers $138,000 for everything to cover all expenses at this point in our settlement. Hill supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Miller, Hill, Carpenter, Lofdahl, Wellnitz. Motion Carried.

Lofdahl moved that the Board ok that Gerald Hill and Katie Carpenter speak with Jim Murray as soon as possible regarding a millage to raise money for paying off this suit that we're subjected to. Miller supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Wellnitz, Carpenter, Hill, Lofdahl, Miller. Motion Carried.

Hill moved to adjourn. Carpenter supported. All Ayes. Meeting adjourned at 5:03 p.m.
