Christian Schools, Homeschool Parents In-service To Be Jan. 21

An educator's workshop for Christian school teachers and homeschool parents called Winter Warm-up is planned Monday, January 21, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Fundamental Baptist Church in Kinross. The program is sponsored by the Michigan Association of Christian Schools.

The in-service will include a pictorial history of Washington, D.C., the philosophy of Christian education, and principles for good teachers. Guest speakers will be Tim Schmig, executive director of the association, and Dr. Dave Hansen, pastor of Immanuel Baptist Church in Roscommon.

A luncheon will be provided.
