St. Ignace's Lane Receives President Scholarship at CU

Benjamin Lane of St. Ignace has received a President's Scholarship at Cedarville University in Ohio. The scholarships are awarded to first-year students who score 30 or higher on the ACT, or 1310 or better on the SAT, and a cumulative high school grade point average of 3.5 or higher. This renewable scholarship is worth $4,000 per year.

Mr. Lane, who was homeschooled, is the son of Mike and Leeanne Lane of St. Ignace. He plans to study journalism.
