Snow X Snowmobile Action Designed To Thrill Spectators This Weekend

The Kewadin Shores Casinos and St. Ignace Snow X Race will be Saturday, February 16, and Sunday, February 17. The races are a part of the 2008 Michigan Snow X Series. Spectator tickets are $10 per day or $15 for a weekend pass. There is no admission fee for children ages six and younger.

Racing begins each day at 9:30 a.m. and will continue until 4 p.m. The track will be built with many jumps and obstacles in the parking lot of the Kewadin Shores Casino on Mackinac Trail, just north of St. Ignace. There will be four levels of racing action, including kids, beginner, sport, and semipro.

The series has been held in Newberry, Munising, and Birch Run so far this winter, and will finish at Manistique March 1 and 2.
