Clark Twp. Board of Review Is Next Week

The Clark Township Board of Review will be Monday, March 10, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Tuesday, March 11, from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Clark Township Hall in Cedarville.

Appointments are required, and can be made by calling Clark Township Hall at 484-2672.

Township taxpayers should have received tentative assessments of their property's value in the mail earlier this year. If a property owner disputes the value, the March Board of Review is the place to make corrections or dispute values.

By law, taxable value can increase no more than 5% or the rate of inflation, said Clark Township Assessor Sherry Burd. This year's rate of inflation 2.3%, down from 3.7% in 2007.
