• Kurt Wertheimer, 41, of Clarkston, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,100. (Michigan State Police)

• Jud Fisher, 22, of Curtis, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count controlled substance - delivery/ manufacture marijuana. (Straits Area Narcotics Team)
