Violet Jones

Violet Jones, 80, of Lewiston, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2008.

She was born June 3, 1927, in Goetzville to Robert and Katie Kelly. During her lifetime, Ms. Jones lived in Goetzville, Sault Ste. Marie, on Lime Island, and in Lewiston.

She is survived by seven children and their families, Roberta Paquette, JoAnne Parr, David Jones, Casey Jones, Mary Douglas, Marie Mc- Conkey, and Maureen Egeland.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Margaret Krizman, and two sons, Daniel Jones and Skip Hudson.

A memorial was held Saturday, March 8, at St. James Episcopal Church in Sault Ste. Marie at 2 p.m. Aluncheon was served in the church hall following the service.
