St. Ignace Students To Perform at Cheboygan Opera House

Student musicians from St. Ignace Area Schools will be among those performing at the Cheboygan Opera House this month as part of the Youth Arts Festival. The LaSalle High School Steel Drum Band will perform Thursday, March 13, and the St. Ignace Children's Chorus and the Youth Chamber Singers will perform Tuesday, March 25. All concerts begin at 7:30 p.m. and admission is free.

LaSalle's Percussion and Jazz Band performed Tuesday, March 11.

The annual festival, sponsored by the Cheboygan Area Arts Council, is taking place through Thursday, March 27, at The Opera House to showcase the talents of musical groups from many northern Michigan schools.
