Special Meeting

March 7, 2008

10:00 a.m.

Call to Order: 10:10 a.m. Trustees Present: Nordquist, Lofdahl, Hudson, Carpenter Absent: Leach

Nordquist moved to approve the agenda. Lofdahl supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried. Lofdahl moved that on Case #200, the Town Board send the Resolution back to the Planning Commission because of clerical errors that need to be addressed. Hudson supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Lofdahl, Hudson, Carpenter, Nordquist. Absent: Leach. Motion Carried.

Hudson moved that the Board accept the arrangement with Mr. Fox whereby he pay up to $500 for our Township Attorney Review of their site condominium documents on the condition that the work will be done prior to the Planning Commission meeting on March 11 and to also advise Mr. Fox that the Planning Commission, even with eh attorney review, may or may not be ready to make a decision on Tuesday, March 11. Carpenter supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Nordquist, Lofdahl, Hudson, Carpenter. Absent: Leach. Motion Carried.

Lofdahl moved to adjourn. Hudson supported. meeting adjourned at 10:30 a.m.
