The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace Tuesday, March 4, Tuesday, March 11, and Wednesday, March 12, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.

• David Long, 32, of Mackinac Island, pleaded guilty to driving a snowmobile while under the influence, and was assessed a fine of $500 or 30 days in jail. (Mackinac Island Police Department)

• Frank Beaudoin, 79, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (St. Ignace Police)

• Joshua LaJoice, 22, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Sandy Rickley, 53, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to non-sufficient funds check less than $100, and was assessed a fine of $150, 93 days in jail, six months probation, and $110 in restitution. (Mackinac County Sheriff's Department)

• Tammy Horne, 30, of Sault Ste. Marie, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• David Chapman, 45, of Gould City, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated (second offense), and was assessed a fine of $2,120, 365 days in jail, and 24 months probation.

• Edward Tallman III, 25, of Manistee, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count aggravated stalking of a minor, third offense, habitual. (Michigan State Police)

• Leann McGahan, 38, of Newberry, pleaded guilty to allowing an unlicensed driver to operate a motor vehicle, and was assessed a fine of $150 or 15 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Joseph Gugin, 32, of Mackinac Island, pleaded guilty to drunk and disorderly person, and was assessed a fine of $150. (Mackinac Island Police)

• Michael Williams, 20, of St. Ignace, must spend 180 days in jail for probation violation.

• Francis Chingwa, 29, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary rights and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count controlled substance delivery/manufacture marijuana, second offense. (Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement)

• Carole Binger, 50, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count controlled substance delivery/manufacture less than 50 grams; one count controlled substance delivery/manufacture less than 50 grams, and one count controlled substance, maintaining drug house. (Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement)

• Evonne Webster, 45, of Rudyard, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count conspiracy to controlled substance, and one count controlled substance delivery/ manufacture, less than 50 grams. She also waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count conspiracy to controlled substance delivery/ manufacture marijuana. (Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement)

• Scott Baird, 22, of Clarkston, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,500, 365 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police)
