Clark Township Special Meeting

March 12, 2008, 3:30 p.m.

Call to Order: 3:40 p.m. Trustees Present: Nordquist, Lofdahl, Hudson, Carpenter, Leach

Public comments: None

Carpenter moved to amend the agenda to discuss the Planning Commission meeting from March 11 and the lack of correcting the clerical error. Nordquist supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried. Leach moved to amend the agenda to include a brief discussion about the special meeting on March 6. Hudson supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried. Carpenter moved to approve the agenda as amended Leach supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried. Carpenter moved that the Town Board enter into an independent contractor service agreement for assessing making the discussed changes to the contract being the date being moved to May 1, starting April 2, 2008 through May 1, 2011 and page 2, item D - we will get demolition permits in place. F will stand. H - we get rid of 'by class', Page 4: Section 301-2 is no longer needed; it's removed. Page 4, Section 3.01-6 moved, jump back up to 3.01-4, change from 'printed from the computers' to 'available on the computer' and Page 5: Section 4.01 that the contract remain at $60,000 per annum for the term of the agreement paid every two weeks, Lofdahl supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Nordquist, Lofdahl, Hudson, Carpenter Nays: Leach Motion Carried.
