• Cathy Cueny, 41, of Cheboygan, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count of operating while intoxicated, third offense. (Michigan State Police)

• Jennifer Nye, 31, of Hessel, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on two counts of assaulting/ resisting/obstructing police officer. (Michigan State Police)

• Jerry Engman, 27, of Newberry, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count of unlawfully driving away a motor vehicle and one count of failure to stop at the scene of a property damage accident (habitual). (Michigan State Police)

• David Pierce, 58, of Holt, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired (second offense) and must serve 120 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Larry Mark-Gerard Vanzalen, 25, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count of possession of burglars' tools, one count attempted breaking and entering a building with intent, and one count assaulting/resisting/ obstructing police officer (habitual).
