Two Businesses Receive Bike Licenses on Island

The number of commercial bicycle licenses issued for the 2008 tourist season on Mackinac Island was increased by 15 during Mackinac Island City Council's annul bicycle redetermination meeting Monday, April 14.

A total of 1,330 commercial bicycle licenses were issued, with The Inn at Stonecliffe receiving five more licenses than last year, bringing its total to 30, and Mackinac Wheels reciving 10 more licenses, bringing its total to 25.
