CCSS Offers Summer Baseball Programs

Rudyard Consolidated Community School Services will again be offering a recreational summer ball program. Registrations will be in May, with games to begin in mid-June.

Listed below are the programs available. All ages given are as of June 1, 2008.

Tee-Ball: For girls and boys ages five and six years old (or entering kindergarten). Games are played in their own and in nearby communities. Cost is $12.

Big League Coach Pitch: For girls and boys ages seven and eight. In this league, coaches pitch to their own team members. Participants will travel to other local communities to play games. Cost is $20.

Junior Youth Baseball: For girls and boys ages nine to 11 years. Participants will travel to other local communities to play games. Cost is $25.

Senior Youth Baseball: For boys ages 12 to 14 years old. Participants will travel to other local communities to play games. Cost is $25.

Girls Fast Pitch: For girls ages 11 to 14 years old. Participants will travel to other local communities to play games. Cost is $25.

Information regarding registration will be available in each local school district.
