Court Reports The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace April 22, 23, 29, and 30, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended. • Robert Roach, 36, of Mackinac Island, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was sentenced to 93 days in jail and six months probation. (Mackinac Island Police) • Dan Duberville, 56, of Trout Lake, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired (second offense), and was assessed a fine of $1,600, 365 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police) • Patrick McNeill, 32, of Newberry, pleaded guilty to driving with license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $250. (Michigan State Police) • Terry Smith, 34, of Moran, pleaded guilty to driving with license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $250 or 50 days in jail. (Michigan State Police) • Nathan Austin, 34, of Land O' Lakes, Wisconsin, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count operating while intoxicated (third offense); one count operating no license/multiple license; one count open container of alcohol in vehicle.
