• Robert Roach, 36, of Mackinac Island, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was sentenced to 93 days in jail and six months probation. (Mackinac Island Police)

• Dan Duberville, 56, of Trout Lake, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired (second offense), and was assessed a fine of $1,600, 365 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Patrick McNeill, 32, of Newberry, pleaded guilty to driving with license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $250. (Michigan State Police)

• Terry Smith, 34, of Moran, pleaded guilty to driving with license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $250 or 50 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Nathan Austin, 34, of Land O' Lakes, Wisconsin, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count operating while intoxicated (third offense); one count operating no license/multiple license; one count open container of alcohol in vehicle. • Jessica Gouin, 24, of Portage, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $250. (Michigan State Police)
