The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace May 6 and 7, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.

• Kevin Belonga, 41, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count conspiracy to controlled substance - delivery/manufacture marijuana (second offense). (Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement Team)

• Robert St. Onge Jr., 57, of Port Charlotte, Florida, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count failure to pay child support. (Michigan State Police)

• Steven Smith, 36, of Cheboygan, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana, and was assessed a fine of $500, 90 days in jail, and six months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• William Fish, 44, of Farmington Hills, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• William Andress, 48, of Mackinac Island, pleaded guilty to no contest to assault and battery, and was sentenced to 93 days in jail and 12 months probation. (Mackinac Island Police)

• Ryan Squires, 25, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Justin Taylor, 20, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to attempted resisting/obstructing and minor in possession, and was assessed a fine of $500, 365 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (St. Ignace City Police)

• James Brolia III, 45, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count operating while intoxicated (third offense). (Mackinac County Sheriff's Department)

• Patrick Allen, 30, of Mackinac Island, pleaded guilty to assault and battery, and was assessed a fine of $250. (Mackinac Island Police)
