9:00 a.m.

Call to Order: 9:17 a.m. Trustees Present: Nordquist, Hudson, Carpenter, Leach. Absent: Lofdahl

Carpenter moved to approve the agenda. Leach supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

Hudson moved to pay bills for the General Fund in the amount of $3,552.36 plus Roads Fund $2,805 for a Grand Total of $6,357.36. Carpenter supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Nordquist, Hudson, Carpenter, Leach. Absent: Lofdahl. Motion Carried.

Carpenter moved to approve paying the cleaning supply bill for $249.29 from the Sewer Fund. Leach supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Nordquist, Hudson, Carpenter, Leach. Absent: Lofdahl. Motion Carried.

Carpenter moved to approve the out-ofblock budget amendments as presented. Leach supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Nordquist, Hudson, Carpenter, Leach. Absent: Lofdahl. Motion Carried.

Nordquist moved to approve the transfer of $30,000 from 528 to 590 and then the Clerk's office will cut a check for $30,000 to repay the loan to the General Fund in full. Carpenter supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Nordquist, Hudson, Carpenter, Leach. Absent: Lofdahl. Motion Carried. Hudson moved that the Recording Secretary

salary stay the same. Nordquist supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Hudson,

Carpenter. Nays: Nordquist, Leach. No Vote

Nordquist moved that the Recording Secretary get a raise of 3.98%. Motion failed for lack of support.

Leach moved to pay the Recording Secretary $11.15 per hour. Motion failed for lack of support.

Hudson moved to table this subject until the next meeting when we have a full board in attendance. Carpenter supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

Hudson moved to recess until Dana returns this afternoon. Nordquist supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

Carpenter moved to pay the bill for Fire Dept. gloves out of 214. Hudson supported.

Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Carpenter, Hudson, Nordquist. Absent: Leach, Lofdahl. Carpenter moved to approve the out-ofblock amendments in the amount of $4,647.85 with one correction: the first one as stated; the second one subtract $1,681.00 from it and have that entry be Budgeted Use of Fund Balance and to remove the line item 101-000- 601. Nordquist supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Nordquist, Hudson, Carpenter. Motion Carried.

Carpenter moved to adjourn. Nordquist supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
