A Special meeting of the St. Ignace City Council was held on Monday, July 7, 2008 in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Grondin with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Councilmember Gustafson gave the invocation.

Present: Councilmember Della- Moretta, Fullerton, Gustafson, LaLonde, Tamlyn-Massaway, Wyse, Mayor Grondin.

Absent: None. Staff Present: Eric Dodson, City Manager; Prentiss M. Brown, Jr., City Attorney; Renee' Vonderwerth, City Clerk; Eugene Elmer, Assessor/ Treasurer.

1. CHARTER REVIEW: Mayor Grondin opened the meeting for discussion of the Charter review. After reviewing Sections 7.13 through 16, it was the consensus of Council to hold another review session at 7:00 p.m. on August 4, 2008.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:57 p.m.
