Call to Order: 9:15 a.m. Trustees Present: Lofdahl, Hudson, Carpenter, Leach. Absent: Nordquist.

Carpenter moved to open the budget hearing. Leach supported. Budget Hearing opened at 9:17 a.m.

Lofdahl moved to close the budget hearing. Carpenter supported. Budget Hearing closed at 10:05 a.m.

Carpenter moved to accept the budget as presented for Fiscal Year 2008/2009. The totals for all funds are: Revenue $1,865,786 and Expense $1,857,245. Lofdahl supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Lofdahl, Hudson, Carpenter, Leach. Absent: Nordquist. Motion Carried.

Carpenter moved to adjourn. Hudson supported. Meeting adjourned at 10:06 a.m.
