• William Andress, 48, of Mackinac Island, pleaded guilty to marine safety - operating under the influence, and was assessed a fine of $500. (Mackinac Island Police)

• Charles Campbell, 50, of Naubinway, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count controlled substance - delivery/manufacture marijuana; and one count controlled substance - maintaining a drug house. (Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement Team)

• Ronald Reynolds, 42, of Elmira, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and weapon firearms - possession while under the influence, and was assessed a fine of $1,250, 365 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Daniel Paull, 22, of Rogers City, pleaded guilty to controlled substance - possession of marijuana, and was assessed a fine of $1,500 or 180 days. (Mackinac Island Police)

• Joseph Chambers, 18, of Roseville, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count home invasion (first degree), one count home invasion (second degree), one count home invasion (third degree), and malicious destruction of property - $200 or more, but less than $1,000. • Jamie Schwemin, 38, of Petoskey, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count larceny by conversion - $20,000 or more, habitual. (Michigan State Police)

• Evan Baize, 27, of Attica, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count home invasion (first degree), and one count home invasion (third degree). (Michigan State Police)
