Mackinac Straits Health System Will Offer Flu Shot Clinics
      Mackinac Straits Health System is offering Flu Shot Clinics Monday, October 20, in Primary Care, and Tuesday, November 18, in the Medical Building. Medicare, Blue Cross, and Medicaid will be billed. For all others, a fee of $25 will be payable on the day of the vaccination.

      The ever shifting status of gray wolf protection has taken another turn. A federal district judge in Washington, D.C., on Monday, September 29, overturned a U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) effort to remove the wolf from the Endangered Species List in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.
