Jane Kologe (left) and Janet Hagen, both members of the Les Cheneaux Advisory Committee, recently presented Kate Windsor Otstot (second from right), owner of Kate's Cut in Time, and Jack Otstot, owner of Mill Pond Enterprises, with the committee's beautification award in the business category.
