Traffic crossing the Mackinac Bridge decreased 5.8% for the month of October, and 7.3% for November, compared to October and November 2007, respectively. Traffic statistics are reported by the Mackinac Bridge Authority.

This October, 340,071 vehicles crossed the bridge, while 360,835 crossed during October 2007. Fare revenue for October was up 12%.

This November, 263,126 vehicles crossed the bridge, while 283,780 crossed during November 2007.

Fare revenue for November was up 5.3% for the month, and 7.6% for the year, compared to 2007. Revenue increases are because of the toll restructuring implemented March 1.
