 A baby stroller spills over with items collected at St. Ignatius Loyola Church in St. Ignace. Parishioners and Right to Life members Emma Brown (from left), MariAn Huhn, and Evelyn Corp gather the items Thursday, April 2, and will deliver the donated diapers, clothing, blankets, and baby products to the Care Net Pregnancy Center of the Eastern Upper Peninsula in Sault Ste. Marie. The agency counsels women with unplanned pregnancies and offers educational programs to new mothers. "I'm just overwhelmed," said Mrs. Huhn of the number of donated items received. Mrs. Huhn is president of St. Ignace Right to Life. |
