Lloyd F. Clement of St. Ignace passed away Monday, April 6, 2009.

He was born July 20, 1926, in Flint, the eldest son of Howard and Vera (nee Tucker) Clement.

Mr. Clement served in World War II and the Korean War and was a longtime employee of Michigan Bell.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Dorothy (nee Coale); four children and their families, Steven and Pamela Clement, Tim and Maureen Clement, Deborah and Rodney Spencley, and Diane and Bill Conklin, and nine grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Robert Clement, of Flushing.

He was preceded in death by his grandson, Brian Clement.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be made through Dodson Funeral Home of St. Ignace.
