Vietnam Veterans of America Service Officer Vic Romback will be available to assist veterans with questions and concerns Wednesday, July 1, from 9 a.m. to noon in Newberry, and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in room 110 of the Mackinac County Courthouse Annex in St. Ignace.
