Bridge Traffic Is Up 4.7% for May

Traffic crossing the Mackinac Bridge increased 4.7% for the month of May, compared to May 2008, according to the Mackinac Bridge Authority. This May, 324,158 vehicles crossed the bridge, while 309,548 crossed during May 2008.

Fare revenue for May was down 1.3% compared to 2008.
