Graveside services for Gerald "Jerry" Cronan of St. Ignace will be Sunday, July 19, 2009, at St. Ignatius Cemetery following the St. Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church Sunday service at 10:30 a.m. Deacon Don Olmstead will officiate.

Mr. Cronan died February 22, 2009, of natural causes. He was the last surviving officer of the Straits of Mackinac state ferry fleet. He was 83.
