Little Bear 5K Run and Father and Son 10K Relay results have been reported by the St. Ignace Recreation Department. They are as follows:

Little Bear 5K Run Results

Lee Kanitz of St. Ignace was the overall winner in the men's division Saturday, June 20, with the time of 18 minutes 25 seconds. Megan Blamer was the overall female winner with a time of 26 minutes and 9 seconds.

Race age divisions, other finishers, and their times follow:

10 and Younger: First place - Austin Marshall, St. Ignace 27:01; second place - Kevin Deligne, Charlevoix.

Ages 11-14: First place - Dylan Marshall, St. Ignace 23:16; second place - Gabe Hawley; third place - Max Stellie, Petoskey.

Ages 15-19: First place - Cody Ware, 20:22.

Ages 20-29: First place - Eric Engle, St. Ignace 22:25; second place - Derek Rountree, St. Ignace; third place - Megan Blamer.

Ages 30-39: First place - Amy Marshall, St. Ignace 27:56; second place - Becky Postma, St. Ignace; third place - Kelly Smith, Lansing.

Ages 40-49: First place - Leanne Lane, St. Ignace, 28:36; second place - Margie Bourdrey, Lansing.

Ages 50-59: Ken Guillard, St. Ignace 23:16.

Father and Son 10K Relay Results

Lee and Tyler Kanitz of St. Ignace came in first place in the father and son relay with a time of 38:31. Second place winners were Gary and Kellen Duke, followed by Rick and Luke Hawley in third.
