The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace August 10 through August 12, Judge John Fitzgerald and Judge Beth Gibson presiding, respectively. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.
• Jesse Pemble, 35, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to trespassing, and was assessed a fine of $250. (St. Ignace City Police)
• Wyvonne Mortenson, 50, of Germfask, pleaded guilty to allowing unlicensed person to operate motor vehicle, and was assessed a fine of $150. (Mackinac County Sheriff’s Department)
• Justin Taylor, 21, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to disorderly person, and was assessed a fine of $158 or 90 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)
• Robert Andrews, 47, of Barbeau, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count police officer - fleeing - third degree; one count operating while intoxicated; and one count police officer - assaulting/ resisting/ obstructing. (Michigan State Police)
• Amy Harrison, 32, of Cedarville, was bound over to Circuit Court on one count controlled substance delivery/manufacture (narcotic/ cocaine) less than 50 grams. (Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement Team)
• Paul Barager, 25, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired (second offense), and was assessed a fine of $500 and 150 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)
• Tiffany Waddell, 28, of Trout Lake, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, and was assessed a fine of $1,100 and 93 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)
• Dustin Streich, 23, of Grand Rapids, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of property, and was assessed a fine of $500, and $59.04 in restitution. (Mackinac Island Police)
• Marcie Danielson, 38, of St. Ignace, was sentenced to 60 days in jail for probation violation.
