at the St. Ignace Marina.
Also at the marina, Catholic Girls Gone Bad will perform for Bayside Live! Thursday, September 3, at 7 p.m. Ann Marie Dewey and Mary Beth Powers formed the duo Catholic Girls Gone Bad in 2000 after several years of playing rock and roll music together. The name was bestowed on them by Kerry West while introducing them at the Arts Dockside concert that year. They only perform songs they enjoy, and have covered music from the last century to the present, as well as some originals. This year's performance will include many old favorites and a few new surprises, they said, including the addition of David Jasmund on keyboards.
The outdoor concerts are free of charge. Audience members may bring lawn chairs, and bleacher seating is also available.
