Donald Etcher, 24, of Kincheloe, was arrested July 24 for one count delivery of dihydrocodeinone, one count delivery of oxycodone, and one count maintaining a drug house, reported Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement Team. Mr. Etcher was arraigned the same day in 91st District Court in Chippewa County.
