A pig roast benefit dinner will take place Saturday, September 12, at 5 p.m. at the VFW Hall in St. Ignace for Charles Huffman, Jr., who was recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and Lyme disease.

There will also be a 50/50 raffle, door prizes, silent auction, and entertainment. All meals are by donation. Proceeds from the dinner will help the family with travel and medical expenses.
